The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is responsible for overseeing SDWF efforts to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and broader community. The Committee will utilize a DEI lens to recommend changes to SDWF operations and procedures. The Membership Committee is responsible for outreach to local women and enhancing the current member experience. The committee provides and promotes engagement opportunities for members and works to build passion and inspiration through their involvement. The Programs Committee works to educate, inform and inspire our members and guests through customized programs. This committee works with the Membership Committee to enhance the SDWF experience. SDWF Development Committee Meeting

The Development Committee supports the mission of SDWF through fundraising efforts, working closely with staff leadership to develop and implement plans for sustainability and growth. Collaboration Committee Meeting

The Collaboration Committee seeks to increase our impact by partnering with other philanthropic funders. Separate from the annual grants process, investment opportunities are identified by a committee of contributing SDWF members, who pay $500 in additional dues towards the collaborative grants pool.
