About SAY San Diego:
Founded in 1971 with just one employee and a big vision, SAY San Diego has grown into a trusted, multi-service nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities. Over the past 52 years, SAY has expanded to offer 30+ programs that promote lifelong success by addressing critical needs, from early childhood development to family strengthening and community well-being.
SAY’s school-based mental health initiatives provide cost-free therapeutic services to students in the San Diego Unified School District’s Madison and Patrick Henry clusters, serving five middle schools. Licensed and licensed-eligible clinicians offer on-site support, ensuring students facing barriers to care have access to vital mental health services. Therapy sessions—available before, during, and after school—include mental health assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, case management, and additional support to help students thrive.
All are welcome. We hope you can join us! Snacks and drinks will be provided, please register in advance.
