SDWF is partnering with Dr. Zachary Green, expert trainer and Director of Leadership Development at the University of San Diego’s Nonprofit Institute, to bring you this learning session, “Beginning Where You Are as Who You Are” as the second session in our two-part Racial Equity Series.

Shame about one’s ignorance and fear of confronting friends and family who engage in racist behaviors have been identified as key factors contributing to an epidemic of silence in the movement for racial justice. This webinar will help attendees assess where they’re at on the equity journey and provide the tools to help us take the next step and forge a pathway towards a greater voice on the lifelong journey of racial equity.
