This members-only training is required to participate in Letter of Inquiry (LOI) review.

LOI Review is the first stage in SDWF’s annual grants selection process, and volunteers are needed to assess whether applicants meet basic grant guidelines. Trainers Bethel Nathan and Marnie Klein will provide all the necessary knowledge to effectively evaluate applications – no prior experience necessary!

After the training, members will evaluate their assigned LOIs individually so this is a great opportunity for members with less flexible schedules.

If you are unable to attend this in-person training but would still like to participate in LOI review, a make-up webinar will be hosted with a recording also made available. Please contact KirstenW@sdfoundation.org to be included on this list.

Conflict of Interest policy applies, and interested parties will be notified of organizations in advance of the training to determine if they can participate. Please RSVP so we can ensure you have this information to make an informed decision about your attendance.
